Whether you have experience in real estate investing (regardless of the country) or not yet, this training is very well designed to adapt to all levels. Real estate investment in the USA has its particularities and nothing is glossed over, crucial information is disclosed here. I contacted accounting firms, lawyers in the USA, for months I was looking for information that was blocking me in my purchases and I FINALLY have my answer! In addition, Janie and Kyle are very friendly, they are serious but do not take themselves seriously! Excellent experience for me.

My feedback is a bit unusual I think. I started with JK with the bootcamp course. I liked it then went on to the AYCL. But I never attended a live training event. This is my first and it makes a WORLD of a difference. The interaction, getting to know both of you better, getting my questions answered it is in my opinion the best starting point. I am so glad I did this.

Some of the trainings were repeat, naturally because I had done most of the course work in the AYCL portal so that’s understandable. But even me, crunching the numbers is my weak point and Saturday’s deal analysis was the part I want to work on to improve and it helped a lot having Kyle do it live.

The live explanations somehow made it easier to understand terms (CoC) even though I’ve read the e-book and gone through the video trainings. As a teacher I see how my students needed me live to explain things even though they were in a book. Now as a student I am experiencing the same thing.

Also for me the origin stories of investors and their progress. People who share the same feelings of uncertainty, who shared the same concerns as us newbies, came from the same backgrounds as me, how they overcame them and their success as confirmation that it’s worth it. Honestly mindset—overcoming fear—is the hardest part. And it seems to me that at every step I experience new fears. So everyone’s validations of those helped.

While there's a lot of similarities between Canada & U.S. real estate, there's also, a lot of differences. Hands down one of my favourite events I have attend to date was the #epicfloridabustour . This is where we learned the ground breaking strategy of using your own Locked in Canadian RRSP’s to purchase an amazing STR (Short Term Rental) in Florida that pays us and we get to use it. Lee-Anne and I quickly started the process and helped pave the way so many people to come. I am now  proud and excited to say that as of April 22nd, the day we closed on our Florida vacation home, that we are the second people in Canada, after the pioneers Janie and Kyle, to execute this strategy. A few years ago, I took my first real step into the world of U.S. real estate by attending a JK Partner bus tour led by Janie and Kyle. The experience was a game changer.

Before then my perception  of USA real estate investing was something distant and intimidating. I was shy and unsure of how to approach people, and uncertain about how I could even break into USA real estate market.

From the moment I joined that tour, Janie and Kyle made me feel welcomed. Their authenticity and warmth created a space where I felt safe to ask questions, meet other investors, and start seeing myself as someone who belonged in the room. That day, I was introduced to powerful strategies like BRRRR, creative financing, lending options and other real estate investment methods I had never  heard of.
