Anyone who is interested, be sure to sign up. I attended the last one in Cleveland and here are some of the benefits I received: - I was able to see some of the areas of the city so I felt more comfortable with where I personally wanted to and didn’t want to invest. - Seeing what surrounded certain areas of the city (like restaurants, stores etc) to see why someone would want to live in those areas - Meet new people who have similar interests - Learn about new concepts to invest in (mobile parks, and different demographics of people to rent to) - We were able to personally meet a Realtor and start making that connection - Let’s not forget the most important part, potentially having an offer on a property by the time you leave Cleveland! - Educational aspect - Plus, if you have mentorship with Kyle and Janie it’s awesome to see them in person.
